Explore Belong For runners and walkers

Make space while you move

A place for the thoughts that show up on a walk or after a run.

Some people think most freely in motion. Belong gives you a place to record what is on your mind, then return to your words when you have time. A walk or run can be the beginning; you can also journal sitting still.

A question to take with you

“What keeps coming up when I have space to think?”

In practice

Your voice, your pace.

The same personal journal, with room for the life you bring to it.

  1. Before the walk

Open Belong and choose Journal. Take a question with you if it helps: “What keeps coming up when I have space to think?” There is no need to plan your answer.

  2. Get it out

Choose a comfortable moment to start recording and speak naturally. Follow the thought, pause, change your mind. Save the entry when you are done; it does not need a neat ending.

  3. Return later

Replay the recording or read the transcript. With Pro and AI processing enabled, bring a question to Chat. If a reply includes Sources, open a listed entry to read it in context and keep exploring.
