Billing & refunds

Belong Pro has monthly and annual subscription options with the same Pro features. Available options, localized prices, any introductory trial you are eligible for, and renewal terms appear in the app and Apple checkout before purchase.

Subscriptions are billed and renewed by Apple. A lifetime option, if offered, is a one-time purchase and has no subscription trial.

We don’t issue refunds directly. Apple may handle refunds under their policies.

You can cancel an active subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Pro access continues through the paid period. Deleting your Belong account does not cancel Apple billing.
